About Quality Custom Molding – Hermann, MO
Quality Custom Molding (QCM) began producing highly crafted metal products in 1902 but diversified into blow molding and injection molding in the mid-1960s. As technologies evolved and customers’ needs shifted, Quality Custom Molding began providing custom blow molded products and related ancillary services to OEMs and retail markets in a wide-range of industries: lighting, agriculture, medical, marine, toys, sport goods, automotive, lawn & garden, and pet products, among others.
Centrally located in Hermann, Missouri, QCM has responded to the needs of OEM’s and retail markets throughout the Midwest and abroad. Our 97,000-square-foot facility, including a maintenance department and machine shop, is outfitted with the latest in blow molding machinery and robotic trimming equipment for process automation and adept manufacturing.

Meet Our Team
Owner
Mark entered the world of entrepreneurship in 2019 with the purchase of QCM, following a successful 25+ year tenure in the international chemical industry. His main objective has been to foster partnerships with customers, key suppliers, and stakeholders. Mark is dedicated to establishing QCM as a reliable and trusted ally for its customers, taking meaningful steps forward every week.
Plant Manager
Michelle is almost 15 years with QCM. She started in the office but now is responsible for the plant management. She knows what is important to our customers and manage her team to deliver every day a bit better than yesterday.
Assistant Plant Manager
In his 25+ years of experience in blow molding plastic parts he has seen a few challenges: if it can be blow molded, Angelito has done it. Angelito is passionate about doing it right.
Maintenance & Mold Management
Larry became part of the team in 2023 after relocating to Hermann, bringing with him over three decades of expertise in plastics processing and manufacturing. He has tackled and excelled in every conceivable process. With his extensive experience in the industry, Larry guarantees that we have a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the infrastructure. He also turning himself into a machinist.
Maintenance & Mold Management
Since he became part of QCM in 2004, Jimbo has gained expertise in all facets of our machinery. Our blow machines are designed for durability and can last a lifetime with the right maintenance. Jimbo is essential in ensuring that machines are available and in facilitating seamless production shifts during downtime. His enthusiasm for data drives him to provide analyses that help us make continuous improvements.
Shift Supervisor
